Tai Chi and Qi Gong can improve your health and wellbeing through gentle exercise that you can do for the rest of your life.  My name is Chunmei, and my passion is to change the lives of people, improving their body and mind wellbeing by teaching them the gentle exercises of Tai Chi and Qi Gong and through Remedial Massage.  

If you live in Brisbane you can join our weekly classes, take private lessons at your own pace.  We also offer have Remedial Massage therapy for extra physical therapy.

Everyone, anywhere, can benefit from learning how to practice Tai Chi or Qi Gong through a variety of  our self paced online courses you can take anywhere in the world.

Remedial Massage


As a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, I can help aid recovery from postural problems and repetitive stress injuries. Traditional Chinese fire cupping helps with muscle pain, inflammation, blood flow and general body relaxation as a form of deep tissue massage. I practice the traditional method passed down to be from the elders of my village when growing up in Fujian Province, mainland China.
