My name is Chunmei, and my passion is to change the lives of people, improving their body and mind wellbeing by teaching them the gentle exercises of Tai Chi and Qi Gong and through Remedial Massage.
If you live in Brisbane you can join our free group exercises in parks (a part of Brisbane City Council Active Program), take private lessons (one on one or small groups), take zoom lessons as part of a group or, take self paced lessons privately and at your own pace online. We also offer have Remedial Massage therapy for extra physical therapy.
